
I was born and raised in Southern California and currently reside in Granada Hills with my husband Brent. I started cooking alongside my mom when I was eight years old, helping her make salads and side dishes for our family of six. My passion for food and people was amplified by the time I was in my 20’s, managing both front and back of house teams in fine dining restaurants such as Sushi Roku, Katana, and La Cachette; and I found myself yearning to entertain in my own dining room at home.
I started Angelina’s Catering in 2017, putting my 28 years of hospitality expertise to the test – combining my culinary and people skills to create one-of-a-kind menus and events for my clients. My team of professionals are poised to take on all the chaos of planning and cooking, so that you can be a guest at your own event!
